Are you an experienced and driven Maintenance Coördinator with a passion for technology and process optimization? Do you want to play a key role in the maintenance and continuous improvement of production machines and installations? We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Coördinator who combines strategic planning with a hands-on approach to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the operations.
Functie omschrijving
As a Maintenance Coördinator, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of our production machines and installations. You lead a small team of technical operators and work closely with other departments to ensure the continuity of the production process. Additionally, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing maintenance strategies that contribute to the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our processes.
Responsibilities;
- Develop, implement, and monitor an effective maintenance policy (preventive and corrective).
- Lead and coach the technical team.
- Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions and bottlenecks in the production process.
- Initiate and oversee improvement projects focused on process optimization and energy efficiency.
- Manage the maintenance budget and negotiate with external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Actively participate in technical interventions when necessary.
Functie eisen
- A completed technical education, preferably in electromechanics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Experience with maintenance planning tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
