Functie omschrijving
As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the maintenance strategy for our chemical production facilities. You’ll ensure our assets and processes operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Using your technical expertise and leadership skills, you’ll lead a motivated team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies: Leverage your knowledge of Asset Management and Operational Excellence to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Oversee adherence to technical specifications, guidelines, and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) requirements.
- Analyze and improve operations: Conduct root cause analysis and implement structural improvements to enhance reliability.
- Manage budgets: Create and control maintenance budgets to achieve cost efficiency.
- Lead and inspire: Coach and guide a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring a productive and safe work environment.
- Collaborate across departments: Work closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to meet organizational goals.
Functie eisen
- Education and Experience: A master’s degree in electromechanics or a related technical field, and at least 3 years of experience in a technical role.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in the chemical sector is essential; knowledge of the logistics sector is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Asset Management, maintenance strategies, and Operational Excellence, as well as technical guidelines and specifications.
- Safety and Compliance: Strong understanding of SHE requirements and process safety.
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of budget and cost management.
- Leadership: Strong social and leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
