Functie omschrijving

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be a key player in developing and maintaining a strong quality mindset on the production floor. You’ll collaborate across departments—project management, process engineering, and production—while serving as the go-to person for customers regarding quality matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading quality control processes and ensuring top-notch standards
  • Managing customer, supplier, and internal complaints—tracking, reporting, and solving issues
  • Making critical quality-related decisions and implementing corrective/preventive actions
  • Supporting validation processes for new projects (FMEA, CP)
  • Preparing procedures, work instructions, and control plans
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949

Functie eisen

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and French
  • Hands-on experience with quality systems & techniques (PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, 8D, etc.)
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques (3D measuring systems, machine-specific software
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player
