Job Description
As a Maintenance Manager at you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and craftsmen, overseeing maintenance, repair, and improvement activities to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize facility operations.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for compliance and future reference.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed rigorously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or a similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
